LaSalle Medical Aesthetics Policies

At our facility, we thrive on providing each and every client the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their experience at LaSalle Medical Aesthetics. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

Late Cancellations

Just Let Us Know

Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, just give us a call or shoot us a message letting us know. As a new client, there is a 100$ cancellation fee if you cancel or reschedule your appointment in less than 24 hours without a proven legitimate reason (major life events: accidents, death, family emergency).

Running late?

Please Let Us Know

Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at LaSalle Medical Aesthetics and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers.

Please do not come more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment unless you were instructed to do so (you need prior numbing).

Loyalty Point System

Here are the ways you can start earning points:​

  • Appointments: Earn 15 points for almost every $1 spent.

  • Sign Up: Get 10,000 points when you sign up on our website.

  • Reviews: Earn 30,000 points by leaving a google review about your experience.

  • Birthday Points: Celebrate your special day with 20,000 bonus points from us!

  • Referrals: Share the love and earn 25,000 points after you refer friends and they sign up on our website.

Privacy Policy

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information including name, email, comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile. Our offices are equipped with security camera systems for our and client safety. These could be turned off at client's request or if our staff considers it necessary for privacy.
